Accessibility
Clients must be comfortable climbing a flight of stairs. If stairs are a challenge, I can offer mobile appointments or refer you to practitioners in more accessible locations.
What to Wear

Dress comfortably in layers. The gym temperature can fluctuate, and I provide a heated table and blankets on colder days.

For manual therapy and stretching: Shorts, T-shirts, tank tops, or sports bras allow direct access to treatment areas while maintaining comfort in a public setting.

For exercise rehabilitation: Proper footwear is required.
My practice space is an open-concept area overlooking the gym floor. Your treatment will take place in a dynamic and motivating environment, where you’ll see others training and pushing their limits. With my background in athletic therapy, I thrive in these settings—expect a welcoming atmosphere with friendly interactions from BASE members and coaches.

All clients must have a Golden’s Gym membership (drop-in, punch pass, or monthly). If you're new to the gym, reach out—I’d be happy to guide you in the right direction.
